Being a teacher is truly a challenging thing to do. Not all people have abilities and skills of teaching. And yes, I am proud I got my opportunity to learn those teaching stuffs, and that I can develop myself to be a teacher for my kids. It has been 11 years now, starting from the very basic foundation, until all the fun and complicated things that even make me love this profession more. I confess that it is not easy to keep my belief that every personality and heart I met year by year, time to time, is unique and always has their own stories and background that shaped them they way they are today. But somehow, I do love every process I got to take!

For me, teaching is not only about delivering all the materials for my kids. It is not only about preparing the syllabus and being stick to it. For me, it is about communicating with a human being: a human who has a heart, and feelings, and expectations that I wish I can always learn from each of them. I mean, really each of those unique characters I can meet. I took my time to remember their names. I took my time to read and hear their stories of life. I took my heart out when hearing some of them are in troubles but I am not there to help them. They are my kids. They have a place in my heart and life. And as a teacher, I dream that after all the efforts they make, they can be real successful people someday. I want them to pursue and reach their dreams-whatever good for their lives.

Some might think I waste my time and energy doing these. But who cares? Because at the end, I am the one feeling the joy and this outstanding feeling. I am the one being loved by these kids. And I am the one feeling grateful to get to know each of those amazing personalities deeper and closer. I wish this will be memories last forever for them, that somehow, they will also inspire people to be better and happier with their simple actions. Good luck, my kids. And happy teachers' day to all wonderful teachers around the world. Let's just be more inspiring!
