A Rice inside A Pudding: Why Not?

Turkish rice pudding is one of the most mind blowing desserts I've ever eaten. Turkish rice pudding, or commonly known as Sutlac, is a type of pudding with rice in it. Many recipes of rice pudding varies, but I personally like the Turkish one. The pudding is not too sweet like the most puddings are. It’s very delicate, and it melts in your mouth perfectly. I think Sutlac is very anti-mainstream because it’s not popular yet anywhere in the world except Turkey. At first you may think that it’s weird to have a rice inside a pudding, but trust me, you can’t even tell the rice is actually there. In Turkey, Sutlac is a popular home dessert, yet is also popular in restaurants, too. Sutlac will taste really good if you can prepare it well. And thankfully, so far, I always eat the good prepared ones. That's what makes me always want to have Sutlac for dessert every time after a meal.
