Lasagna became the first Italian food that made me in love with pasta. Lasagna is a baked dish that containing the layers of boiled lasagna, and usually cheese, a seasoned sauce of tomatoes, and meat or vegetables. Lasagna is baked at the oven for about 25 minutes until it looks browned and crunchy. Lasagna has a very delicious taste once you try it. You can usually find or search for this incredible dish at the Italian restaurant along with your favorite toppings. The most important part of this dish that you can’t leave without is the texture of the pasta which can make your mouth feels like dancing. The pasta sheets that have curled up around the edges give the lasagna a beautiful and totally seen as a homemade appearance. When I attend someone’s wedding in the building, the first ever food that I want to taste it first is a mini cup of Lasagna. I always rush to that food earlier than anyone else there. Lasagna is also the first food that usually out of the stocks within a minute since it has a really long lines to the back. I can’t imagine how the other people are disappointed when they don’t even get a turn to taste it.
