Canelé and My Curiosity

I always have curiosity in trying Canelé. It’s one of dessert that comes from France. The shape of it is unique and mouthwatering. The shape is cylindrical and the color of it is deep brown from the thick caramelized sugar. People said that this one kind of French desserts tastes so good because of the caramelized sugar and the combination of vanilla and rum in it. Beside of the caramelized crust, if you split it into 2 pieces, you will find a large air pocket. The inner also tastes so good. It tastes a little bit sweet but not that too sweet. You can only find it in French Restaurant, which is very few in Indonesia. I really wish I can try this dessert one day.
